Watercolor Wildflowers Foothills Walk

We're soaking up every last bit of wildflower season! Join me for an evening walk through the Boise foothills accompanied by some light watercolor sketching.

We'll be meeting at Camels Back and doing a 2ish mile beginner friendly hike. Along the way we will stop to soak up some inspiration and sketch out ideas! We'll talk about pulling inspiration from reality without getting too lost in realism, how to find your own style, and how to loosen up and just have FUN!

This is not a standard paint and sip and will not be a start to finish templated painting. This is more about tuning your creative senses, enjoying nature, and finding a creative outlet.

Materials provided will be a watercolor sketchbook, watercolor travel palette, watercolor brush pen, paper towel, and carrying pouch. Please come prepared with weather appropriate attire, any snacks or drinks you want, maybe a blanket if you want to sit on it, and anything to make your evening more enjoyable.
